DTS Athletic Assessment
All athletes entering the DTS Speed and Strength program will go through our performance evaluation. DTS Speed and Strength's unique testing process allows our coaches to evaluate an athlete's abilities and identify any weaknesses or potential areas for injury. 

Athletic Assessment:
Depending on sport or athlete's needs the performance evaluation can change
  • Height, Weight, Bodyfat Analysis, Movement Screening
  • Vertical Jump
  • 3 hop test
  • 10 yard dash
  • 20 yard dash
  • 30 yard dash
  • 40 yard dash
  • 5-10-5 Shuttle
  • Energy System analysis
  • Lower Body structural balance test
  • Upper Body structural balance test
  • Nutritional analysis
Once data has been analyzed a DTS Speed and Strength coach will discuss the results and recommend the proper programming to further enhance the athletes needs to reach their potential.
